ASTRO ("we", "our", "us") is a Dubai real estate intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using ASTRO you agree to this policy.

Information you provide

ASTRO does not require account creation. Any property data you enter into the Deal Analyzer or Investor Match tools (price, area, size, rent) is processed in your browser and sent to our analysis API. We do not store this data against your identity.

Automatically collected information

We may collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used solely for security monitoring and service improvement.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies or track individual users across sessions. No personal data is shared with third-party ad networks.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and improve the ASTRO platform
  • To monitor for abuse, fraud, or technical issues
  • To understand aggregate usage patterns (anonymous)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Analysis requests are processed via Cloudflare Workers infrastructure. No personally identifiable information is stored in a database. Session data (report results) is stored temporarily in your browser's sessionStorage and is automatically cleared when you close the tab.

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform uses the following third-party services:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and Workers compute
  • Anthropic Claude API — AI-generated deal analysis explanations (no personal data is included in AI prompts)
  • Dubai Land Department (DLD) — public transaction benchmark data

6. Cookies

ASTRO does not use tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics which does not set cookies. Your browser's sessionStorage is used to pass report data between pages within your session only.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not store personal data tied to your identity, there is no profile to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about how data is handled, contact us at the address below.
