ASTRO is a real estate intelligence platform that provides analytical tools for researching Dubai property investments. Our Deal Analyzer, Investor Match, and Area Intelligence tools are designed to assist with investment research only.

ASTRO is not a licensed financial advisor, real estate broker, or investment manager. All content, scores, projections, and analysis provided by ASTRO — including AI-generated explanations — are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You should conduct your own independent due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any investment decision. Past performance data does not guarantee future results.

4. Data Accuracy

Market data on ASTRO is sourced from Dubai Land Department (DLD) public transaction records and curated benchmarks. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data. Property markets are volatile and data may not reflect current conditions.

5. Permitted Use

You may use ASTRO for lawful personal or professional investment research. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Reproduce or redistribute ASTRO data or reports commercially without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security measures
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, scoring methodologies, software, and design on ASTRO are the intellectual property of ASTRO and its licensors. DLD transaction data remains the property of the Dubai Land Department.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASTRO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any analysis, data, or projections provided.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
